What is the difference in Twitter between searching for a keyword and searching for #keyword.

If you search for a #keyword you are searching for a hashtag such as #iamgod.
If you search for a keyword you are searching for a phrase people are saying such as i am god.
More people use hashtags. Because you can put a sentence as one. 140Characters is your limit, innit.
