when i open facebook chat, notifications ,messages ,comments everything! is not working i have closed the browser and re opened it ,i have resatrted the computer but still wont work i even tried using a new internet explorer istead of google chrome

it may be the site itself. I haven't had any problems with the notifications or anything but I was getting quite a bit of lag. I think they're supposed to be giving everyone the new timeline and that may be what's causing issues.
