Not here for all means if possible. Trust me this is not the way, to many people are doing this and I can't stretch this enough, join a social media exchange community!
Seriously, that place will answer all your problems, you can increase your followers number for free by earning credits through liking facebook likes and following other people along other methods.
With those points you can advertise your own twitter accounts and pay other to follow you. Its a great system.
