So I need to share a Word file with some Facebook contacts. How do I get it online so I can share it with them. It's a lot faster and easier to use Facebook instead of email.

I dont believe it is possible to send files via facebook so post it as a note and ask them to look at it.

Word files cannot be shared on facebook. The thing you can share on facebook are videos, notes, pictures and links.

Facebook doesn't support that type of file sharing. You can look to a service like Microsoft's Office Live Workspace, which is free and lets you save files online and them share them with others. Each Workspace comes with 5GB of space (thats 1,000's of Word Docs), which can be shared with up to 100 people.
I think this would be the easiest way to share you Word file if you don't want to email it.
