There was a lawsuit filed against yahoo on the basis of the action of trolls on the old news message boards.
There has been charges filed based on videos posted on youtube and by blogs posted on myspace and facebook.
It is reasonable to believe that such things were used as evidence in court.

Nothing about answers i'm aware of,give it time.

I don't think Y/A was, but a few other blogs have been used like on the news and to sway public opinion. In court this idiot, well a serial killer may have something wrong with him. He was writing a book so yeah he had a blog and they used it against him. Soultaker I think.
