This is the message "Loading Tweets seems to be taking a while. Twitter may be over capacity or experiencing a momentary hiccup. Try again or visit Twitter Status for more information." Does this mean that I have been blocked?
This message does not display when I go onto someone else's twitter page.

No, you are okay.
They are just very, very busy OR some creep launched a "denial of service" attack at Twitter or other servers.
Keep trying, but give them 30 to 60 minutes to work things out.
