I'd take it as an obvious sign the guy has a thing for my girl. It'd also lead me to wonder what exactly is going on between the two.

I'd consider it a joke, call my girlfriend, tell her no one's going to steal her from me (in a childish, playful voice, of course) , then post a love song of my own on the guy's profile. We'd all get a laugh out of it.
