ok so im not allowed to have facebook, my parents are ridiculously strict and im 15. Is there as setting where i can stop say "Amy Smith" from being able to search my name?

look up her/his name and block them. They wont be able to find you and you can't find them until you unblock them.

Well, you can change your name to something completely ridiculous, and also set your profile picture to something completely ridiculous. That way, even if they do happen to find you, your profile picture will convince them it's not you.

Don't go on Facebook. Only way.

Block them, it's the only way. That way they cannot come across your profile.
