I was getting annoyed with all of the twitter updates being sent to my phone so i texted stop back to them. Twitter texted me back saying that "you are signed out of twitter". Does this mean that i won't get anymore updates? If not can you tell me how to get rid of them? THANKS

Delete your Twitter account.

Log on to your account at http://twitter.com and disable text updates in the settings/preferences area.
