i need my sisters facebook deleted how should I do it, I cant get the password, would she be able to tell that it was me who reported it?

A facebook page never gets deleted no matter what. When you make a facebook account, your account is the property of facebook.

umm u can use her password and delete her account
however, the account has to be inactive for something like a week soo probs not an option
you can report but you need more then one person to report her profile
