Is it compiled of people's profiles you view the most, or the other way around? No matter how many times I refresh, the people on my profile will shuffle, but all the same people will be there. Some of them I barely interact with, some of them I interact with a lot. Even when I refresh my sisters and my boyfriend's profile, the same people are on their profiles in different orders.
Can someone please explain this to me?

According to Facebook:
“Friends who you publicly interact with the most appear first on your profile. Examples of public interactions include Wall posts, comments and mutually attended events — Facebook will never show friends based on whose profiles you choose to view or who you interact with over messages and chat.â€
