The # symbol is called a hashtag, it relates to whatever the person is doing or talking about.
Panera Bread makes delicious panini sandwiches, which are pressed sandwiches.
So if you saw someone at Panera Bread you would probably be talking about their pressed panini sandwiches, so #pressed
Don't think too hard about hashtags.
