I have turned off the push notifications both in the settings on the iPod and on the app itself. But they keep showing up. I don't want Facebook to rule my life! Please help!

Delete the app from the iPod then take off the iPod and turn it back on. If that doesn't work, reboot the iPod. if all else fails, reset it
