Hi its pretty easy, just go on your Home page ( on facebook) then on ur left u have a menu bar (News feeds, messages, events...) just clik on "groups" then ull be directed to a new page just clik on "creat new group" on your right.

go to the homepage and the left hand column has groups click on that and then there is a create new group.
