I am really over weight and have tons and tons of love handles. I cant go to a gym or take fancy pills. I would like to lose them all before school in August.PLEASE HELP!

Try getting under 20% body fat since ur a girl and u shud see a difference( lose some weight)

Is there a reason you can't go to the gym? Can you do workouts at home? If you can do home workouts, you should check out what Beachbody has to offer in the website listed in my profile. I have used quite a few of Beachbody's products, and the ones I have used have helped me burn tons of calories. (I have never liked going to the gym beacuse I don't really like to workout in front of others--I prefer the privacy of my home).
The only way you are going to get rid of fat is if you modify your diet and eat only healthy foods and include cardio. You have to do both of those things, otherwise you most likely won't see any results. Let me know if you have anymore questions. My -email is also listed in my profile.
