I''ve tried many agencies to locate my daughter in Palma De Mallorca Spain,even Red Cross Dublin,is there any other means to locate my only daughter?thanks.

Well you can try thinking outside of the box. Probably making a facebook group announcing that you are looking for her and adding a bunch of people. Also maybe even a myspace page.
You may also try to post adds in local Spanish Newspapers, Magazines, etc.
You should also try to get in touch with Interpol, so that they may help you find her. As well as asking help from the embassy.
Hope this gives you at least some insight as to what you may do .
