Someone was being mean to me and calling me mean names like "ugly rude mean" and I just said I didn't like a celebrity! So, I blocked her. What happens when you block someone on twitter? Can they reply to your tweets and can they mention you in their tweets? Please tell me quick! Thanks

When you block a a user on twitter, the user will not be able to see your tweets. And of course he cannot follow you. He even cannot mention or DM you.
