Hi. First, a happy new year to all! I wonder what you think will be the hottest trends in freelancing this year? Yes, I think that more people will join the freelance bandwagon - but which field do you think will prosper this year? What new jobs will be created? What tools? Thanks for your time!

Social Media Consultant - especially as it relates to the customer experience...anyone versed in linking customer relations/service with use of things like Facebook, Twitter, etc. and to grow brand awareness will be able to sell their services. Look for ways to market social media with Return on Investment.
Secondary to outward looking will be anyone who can use the same tools (and throw in Sharepoint here) to connect management with employees and open up two-way flows of information.
