i don't get it, is it where you refresh your twitter page too much or something?

You can only refresh a certain amount of times before you hit refresh limit. When you hit it, it doesnt let you refresh anything. It doesn't load anyone's tweets on their page none of the trends load. And you can't see any new tweets until its over. I'm sure exactly how long it lasts, but not too long. A few minutes! Hope I helped
