Your just supposed to update your status
Ex:
You start cooking
Your status would be: YOUR NAME HERE - is cooking
Ex:
You're going to bed
Your status would be: YOUR NAME HERE - is gone to bed
Etc...
Then you add your friends, and you follow what they're doing and they follow what you're doing.

I don't have one, but I think you just put up stuff that you're up to like
"(name) just got back from a concert. it was awesome"
or
"(name) needs a car part!"

Write about so much of your life that it gets to the point where your entries are along the lines of "went on twitter, nothing much happening"

Update what your doing, like a status.
If you connect Twitter to your cell & text your updates, it isn't a hassle to get on the computer when you want to update.
