Well that depends. Are you looking for more followers just so you can say you have so many following you? Or are you trying to network for sake of work?

There are many ways you can do it.
1. F4F a follow for follow..."you follow me and I'll follow you" usually people delete the other person from their following list later on. This is a douchey move.
2. Be a spam whore....just spam the crap out of the trending topics and usually people will start to follow you. Also a douchey move
3. Have actual intellectual content on your updates. Usually my updates are to my friends, roommate, etc. but I sometimes get involved in discussing the trending topics (especially when true blood is on!!) or I tweet about the news or events going on in my life.
This is the best move you can do to get followers.

You just run it, add your accounts to the account manager, follow 500 people, then follow 500 more the next day, repeat this untill you reach 2,000, then unfollow 250 each day until you reach about 750, then repeat the 500 thing, and then repeat these steps over and over
