To create a Twitter account, I know that I have to give my full name, but if my name was say for example, Anne Greenwood, could I put my full name as Anne G. ?

You don't have to put your full name in twitter. I know I don't, but some just do.

Yes you can, its not really going to matter how long the name is, as long as it is fully filled out.

Yes you can as long as you tell people who you are when u have first join like my name is Sarah Oglesby But i could put Sarah O and tell the people who are bound to follow you who you are
