I dont know my password for either twitter or hotmail. If I delete my email will the twitter be deleted? Or how can I change passwords without knowing the original password?

No, but you won't be able to access the any emails sent from twitter. I would try changing the email address on the account then deleting the old email.

No, it wont.
However, if one day you need to verify a password or even email change, twitter will send a message to that email address, so you'd better change your details before deleting.
