I'm trying to get a co-owner for one of my twitter accounts, and just wanna know if they can be logged into my account on their phone while I'm still logged into it on mine.

Yes, you can even tweet at the same time.

Yes, all that and also have multiple twitter accounts on a SINGLE app in the same phone.
The official twitter app allows you add multiple accounts.
Having multiple users on a single account is a whole different story.
