Ive seen people on Twitter with condensed links that link to different pages. Ive found a page I want to link to in my tweet, but the URL is too long for the tweet. How do I get one of the short truncated ones so I can share the page with my followers? I dont see an option to add a link so...Im lost.

there are now tons and tons of such url shortners which provide short redirecting links to your pages!
the most famous one i guess is the bit.ly which also has a rating system and twitter integration, i.e you can post a tweet directly from bit.ly's page!
google for more url shortening services!
