(1) Paid to click sites (clixsense, adbux)
(2) Traffic Exchanges
(3) Splash pages
(4) Safe Lists
(5) Paid advertising in classified adds

1. Spend some money and get added to search engines like Google, Yahoo and msn.
2. Exchange banners with someone in your status.
3. Make or buy email lists and send newsletters to let people know that you exist.
4. Show event schedule for a regular event so that people visit your site to see things changing. (Dynamic)

ADVERTISE!!!!! it maybe in prints,local t.v.station.,flyers,banners,computer. but you will spend a little though but its worth it im sure. you can also spread by mouth.tell your friends ,relatives to tell others too and this is the cheapest way.goodluck.

Some people put a link in the ad, to help direct traffic to their own business website. I think that is the cheapest way to promote your business, especially to those newly start up small business owner.
