That's like asking if it's illegal to break into someone's house. Yes, it is illegal, but you probably won't get caught unless the person you're hacking is a total prick and gets the FBI on your case. I
As long as yo'ure not stealing anything of value from them, it shouldn't be a problem, but i don't reccommend it.
