I just changed my picture on Twitter and when I go to my profile it keeps showing my old one for most of my tweets- but for some of them it shows my new picture! Ughh how do I get it to work??

Give it some time to update. Twitter is particularly slow to update profile pictures.

It happens to me too when I change my profile picture. But after a while it changes already. Just give it a few minutes or hours to update.
