How come people have both Facebook and Twitter accounts? - john - 11-18-2012 01:00 PM Don't they basically serve the same purpose? Can one do something that the other can't and vice-versa? Also if one does something that the other does PLUS more, why have both? Why not just stick with the one that does the most? - raspybadge028 - 11-18-2012 01:08 PM Because people think other people want to hear about everything they're doing, every second of the day. - Issa - 11-18-2012 01:08 PM Yes, you're right - they don't have the same purpose BUT both can be a powerful marketing tool for your business and you need to know the difference between the two. I guess it's only smart to keep both as many businesses are on both platforms - like when a 140 character tweet isn't enough, people can jump to your Facebook page to post more. That's just one of the many reasons. |
