I'm a big twitter guy and have over 37,000 followers but i have a lot of people who i followed who i wish i didn't so is there any way i can remove everybody i'm following ?

Just login with your twitter accout to the following website
http://www.justunfollow.com/login.do
Follow the instructions.

Just go to their profile and unfollowed them.
