I am having a ton of trouble. I just want to add one picture to my facebook. How do I do this with the new facebook?

Go to your profile and Click the photos tab, there should be a link there to add more photos.

Exactly what she said, but the more pictures you have in a folder, the longer it will take to open that folder, so patients is a virtue.
