I've done most of the usual tips got the MySpace, have pretty steady traffic high on Google rankings etc. So, what I am doing wrong? Where is the best place to market funny t-shirts or to whom?
besides auction sites or Craigslist.

There are many other ways to promote T-Shirts:
Twitter.com, there is Hi5, Face Book, swap marts outside your local neighborhood, go to shows where you can show your designs. Pass out flyers, hold local events and have free giveaways.
