A rap is a set of lyrics spoken in a rhythmic manner over a backing track. The performer does not actually sing - otherwise he/she is no longer a rapper but a singer.

Common mistake, there is no such thing as a "proxy website" it is in fact, at most, a url "hider" and simply encrypts the url to prevent being picked up by website blockers etc.
A proxy is an actual virtual computer or server which you use as a "backdoor" to the internet or use to log onto the internet through. All using a "proxy" does is display the hosts IP address instead of your own.
