I think my Twitter Account Get Hacked. Because This Last Day I Open One Website and The Account Said That I WON IPAD and This Website Appears http://twitter.com/4106Winner2 Send me That tweet That i won IPAD. I open the Link. And After One Day I Notice That my tweets became 11,049 I'm SHOCKED my Tweets before is 4,000 + What's happening? My Account Really hacked?

It sounds like someone did get into your account. I would suggest closing that account http://www.ehow.com/how_4557110_delete-twitter-account.html and starting a new one.
