My favorite band's twitter account got hacked (9leftdead) and now they've no access to it anymore because the hacker changed nearly everything! Please can somebody help so they can use their twitter account again?

have them reset their password. they should have an option "forgot my password", if they reset it, the new temporary password will be sent to the email they created the account with
