Someone is on my Twitter right now tweeting. I changed the password, but they're still able to tweet. Is there anyway to stop this?

Try reseting your password more than once as well as changing your security question and some information if it gives you that option. I believe you may be able to change which e-mail you use to log in which can help to stop them. If worse comes to worse disable or delete your account and create it again with a different password.
*For added security use numbers and letters both caps and lower case.
