You can't really know unless they mention it on an interview, or another celebrity that IS real might be following them....

Twitter as a new system called verified accounts which tell you that the person with the twitter is the real person and not some fake!

Well I know for sure that Myley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, and Mitchel Musso are all really on twitter. Sorry If there is any spelling mistakes on there
