Open Twitter in your Web browser, then click the "Sign in" button in the top right corner of the screen to log in to your account.

2
Click on your user name in the top right corner, then click "Help." Once you are directed to the Twitter Help Center, mouse over your name again, then click "Check your tickets."

3
Click the "new ticket" hyperlink in the right-hand sidebar under "Ticket Status." Find it in the sentence that says, "Closed tickets can not be reopened, but you can file a new ticket."

4
Click on the category of the problem you are experiencing, or for what you need to contact a support representative about. The following page will differ depending on what the issue is, but from there you will be directed through the appropriate process to submit a support ticket to a Twitter representative.
