Hi i started my hair bow website but i don't know good places to advertise it. Punky Princess Bowtique.

I would say:
Facebook, twitter, tumblr, YouTube, your email. Spread it through Word of Mouth.
Put up flyers around your town
Go to a local flee market showing a few products and give it to your costumers.
Buy online ads through Google or FB.
Get a radio or newspaper ad as well.
