Are any low cost web traffic offers genuine, or are they all fraud? - Scott The Lone Ranger - 11-18-2012 01:08 PM

I've seen a lot of offers for low cost web traffics which claim they send you unique visitors such as "50000 unique visitors for $50." Are any of these claims genuine? I know they use crawlers and these are not real visitors, but do they actually come from unique IP's? And if they do, then how do they do it?

Hi Scott,

I'm no expert in these sorts of sites. I have had one experience of something similar. My site certainly got the hits that they said but there was absolutely no benefit to them.

There is no point in getting 5000 visitors if none of them are targeted visitors. You are far better concentrating on getting targeted, interested visitors. People who have an interest in your subject.

There are several free or low cost methods of traffic generation that if you spend time on will get you visitors. Better 10 visitors and 1 purchaser than 5000 visitors and no purchases.

Some free methods include social media marketing via twitter, facebook, myspace etc. Article marketing and forum posting.
