Something is technically wrong. please help i;m getting really upset
and i changed my email and password

If you're getting the "something is technically wrong" screen, there's something technically wrong.
If you think your twitter is being hacked, change your password and email if you can.
Otherwise, you've just got to sit tight and see what happens.
