I'm not living with her and I am 18. So its illegal right? She hacks it to spy on me. What can I do to get her in trouble?

What proof do you have? obviously she's not hacking it... she just knows your password... unless your mom is like into computer networking stuff then I can see how she could accomplish this... but really I think she just knows your password... change your dang password!

Just change your password to a stronger password. Do not use anything that others can guess or look up in a dictionary
