My twitter is sending spam thru dm and its annoying my friends and idk how to stop it...any suggestions? and yes i alredy changed my psswrd like 5 times i dont thuink it has to do with hacking its just spam about rumors and weight loss

You can't turn off your own ability to send DMs.
The most likely cause of this is that you have authorised a website to access your Twitter account. You can remove the authorisation by clicking on the Cog icon, picking Settings from the drop down, picking Apps from the left hand side, then clicking Revoke Access for any app you don't trust.

1.Visit the evil bastard's profile.
2.Click the god forbidden icon. This brings up a drop-down Actions menu
3.Click on Report @username to send them where they belong... Away from you.
