I suggest you to visit youlikehits.com from where you can increase your followers. You just have to earn point by following others than you have to add your username so that other will follow you and earn some points.

You can get Instagram followers by watching this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HbeeC4Uu6Tg (obviously by watching it you won't get any but it tells you what to do)
It helped me gain over 27,000 in 12 weeks!
