I am using twitter and at my local Best Buy something recommended to have is at least 250 followers. I need something that can get me at least 30 followers a day because they are open for jobs and I don't want it to be filled before I can get it. Can this be totally free and not cost me a cent.

The best thing is to follow good people interested in the same things as you, but not too many of them. Log onto Twitter and search on your interests and just select the most popular people to follow. If you do this you will find that others will follow you.
The other thing is to post good Tweets pointing to things that interest you and which would be of interest to your followers. If you do this your following will grow.

You can use feald.com twitter tools to get more followers . It works good for me
