Will deactivating my twitter account a while keep someone from still having my account on their mobile phone? - Janay - 11-19-2012 02:07 AM

So I have a ex bf who still have my twitter account on their phone I changed my password and private my account but I still feel that he still looking at my tweets/dms/etc from his cell phone. So will deactivating my account for awhile and reactivating it will officially stop him from getting back on my account via mobile phone?

If you leave it off for long enough, because he'd have to try and access it once its off. once he does that it'll force him off you account and then you just have to make sure you change the password once you re-activate the account

I'm pretty sure you can change the devices if you look around in the settings

changing your email and password and setting it to private should be enough to prevent your ex bf from either seeing your tweets or accessing your account, the app syncs pretty often and will end up logging your ex out from the app once the changes go into effect.
