This has been going on for years and years but i never really payed much attention to it. There's this guy on twitter impersonating me. I do have proof that he's the one behind it and now my ex girlfriend joined in and their now harassing my girlfriend. I have reported it a gazillion times and my mom has too as well as my girlfriend but it's not getting deleted even though it's a fake. What do i do?

You do NOT hack/delete a twitter account, or request a hacker to do so. Not only is that wrong, but highly illegal as well.
Go to https://support.twitter.com/forms/abusiveuser to report the user once again. If the abusive user is making threats towards you or anyone you know, then take it a step farther and report it to the FBI or your local police.
