is there a problem w/ twitter? i was thinking this might be w/ my firewall/anti-virus, OR it could be w/ the internet provider or the router settings. I'm using the wi-fi from a hostel.
I have checked my firewall settings, and there is nothing blocked. Please help. Thanks

The 1st thing I would do is call your ISP and explain ti to them. The problem could be on their end.
