Ok...so i have a twitter account but i still don't know how to put the number in for my phone...do i put +40404 then my phone number or something else...HELP ME IM CONFUSED!!!

I don't blame you. Getting setup on Twittering via SMS is hard to understand at first.
First you'll need to link your phone number to your Twitter account. You can do this by going logging into your Twitter account on your computer, clicking on Settings and then Devices, and following the steps to add your phone number.
Once you get the confirmation message, you can send your updates to 40404, just like you would text a friend that has that number. Whatever you text will be posted to your Twitter feed.
