I wonder that can i use my twitter account to to build backlink to increase my site pr? I just check out my twitter account and found that it has pr 5 and of course, i could put one backlink point to my own site.
So, could that pr 5 backlink will increase my site rank or not?

If your Twitter site has a page rank 5, you should just try to get your Twitter account to rank in the search engines.
You can link them and see what happens.
